to help students discover themselves through their own talent and knowledge,
to ensure sufficiency in the use of tools and instruments,
to develop their musical listening skills,
to trigger their talents,
to fire their creativity,
to develop their emotions,
to encourage students to use their knowledge of music culture in their lives,
to raise a generation of highly musical students,
to teach students to interpret events such as operas and concerts,
to help them develop musical selection.
